Janyne Fletcher (Chair)
Janyne Fletcher is Chair of the Community Trust of Maniototo, where she provides governance leadership and helps guide funding decisions that support and strengthen the local community. Based in Ranfurly, she is also an award-winning fine-art photographer with a strong connection to the Maniototo, bringing a thoughtful, community-focused perspective to her role with the Trust.
Tash Kane (Deputy Chair)
Tash Kane lives in the Maniototo and is the founder of Puna Rangatahi, a youth trust based in Alexandra that supports and empowers young people across the region. As a trustee of the Community Trust of Maniototo, she brings a strong commitment to youth development and community wellbeing.
Becks Smith (Secretary)
Becks Smith is a Maniototo farmer and rural veterinarian who runs her own business, The Whole Story, supporting farmers with practical sustainability and farm systems advice. Living and working in the district, she brings strong local knowledge and a passion for rural communities to her role as a trustee of the Community Trust of Maniototo.
Geraldine Duncan
Geraldine Duncan farms in the Maniototo and has a background in teaching. With strong local connections and a long involvement in community activities, she brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of the district to her role as a trustee of the Community Trust of Maniototo.
Kyle Hagen
Kyle Hagen farms in the Maniototo and is an active member of the local volunteer fire brigade. With strong ties to the district and a commitment to supporting the community, he brings practical rural experience to his role as a trustee of the Community Trust of Maniototo.
Tim Carson (Treasurer)
Tim Carson serves as the Treasurer of the Community Trust of Maniototo. He brings extensive experience from his work as a board member across several charitable trusts. Based in Auckland, Tim works as a music teacher and regularly returns to Ranfurly to stay connected with his family and the Maniototo community.
